PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING YOUR MESSAGE! If you have a question or concern about your order PLEASE REPLY TO YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL that you received when you placed your order. This makes it easier for us both. If your order came damaged, broken or leaked please respond to your order confirmation email with a picture of your order and how it came. You will only be able to get replacements if you send pics of your products. All messages will have a response during my business hours of 9 AM EST - 5 PM EST Monday- Friday! Please give me 24-72 hours to respond. Please be advise that during spring and summer body creams may come melted due to the weather but they will solidify once stored in a cool place! Unfortunately due to them melting(IF they melt) they will no longer be whipped!
